Q. Do you ship International Orders?
A. Yes, we ship to Canada on most items. 

Q. What is an ACCOUNT and do I need one?
A.  You do not have to create an account, however having an account allows you to receive notifications of PROMO CODES and MEMBERS ONLY SPECIALS. Also expedited future purchases are made possible with registration.

Q. What's my ORDER STATUS?
A. You will receive email confirmation with Tracking Number when order gets shipped from our warehouse. To track your order, click on tracking number link in the email that was sent to you. You also can check the status of an order, by logging in to MY ACCOUNT and click on the Order History/Status.

Q. What is your Shipping Cut-off Time?
A. Each order must be placed and payment received before the shipping cutoff time of 9:00AM CST for UPS shipping. Orders made after 9:00AM will be processed on the next business day. Orders shipping via USPS normally ship within 24 hours. We don't ship on weekends or holidays. All shipping times and dates are subject to change without notice.

Q. What should I do if I forget my password?
A. If you forget your password, click on the Forgot Password link in the LOGIN page. You will then be given further details on how to retrieve your forgotten password.

Q. How do I cancel or change an order?
A. To cancel an order, you must contact a customer service representitive at 1-606-387-6406 between the hours of 8:00am - 4:00pm (Central Time). Changes cannot be made on any Order after it is shipped.

Q. What methods of Payment Do You Accept
A. Credit Card or Paypal payment is required for online ordering. Please read the information below regarding different billing and shipping address. Please be sure to use your exact billing address (the address that your credit card bank has on file for you). If you are shipping to a different address than your billing address, the shipping address must be verifiable. To establish an alternate shipping address, please complete the following steps. Call the credit card company (Their toll-free customer service number is listed on the back of your credit card). Inform them that you would like to include an alternate shipping address on your credit card account. Tell them your alternate shipping address (you may have more than one on file). You may follow these instructions with any credit card as all credit card companies allow you to have alternate shipping addresses on file. By following these instructions, we can verify your shipping address without having to contact you personally. For international orders, one of our customer service representatives will contact the cardholder via email to verify the order. The order will be delayed pending authorization from the cardholder who must be contacted at the billing phone number. This is one of the ways that GrandCloseouts.com strives to protect its customers.

Q. What is the best way to contact someone if there is a problem with my order?
A. You should send an email to arpennycuff@grandcloseouts.com including the order number and details of the problem.

Q. What if I receive a defective product?
A. We are a member of the True Value Hardware Chain and are authorized to sell most of our items with the full Manufacturers Warranty included. The manufacturer will be able to assist you with questions concerning assembly, operation, missing parts or repair or replacement of defective items. Please contact us, and we will help you contact the manufacturer should the need arise.

Q. How much is shipping?
A. You can see exactly how much your shipping will be by placing the item(s) in your shopping cart and entering your zip code on the View Cart screen. You will then see your product total and shipping charges before you complete the order.

Q. Can I SHIP my order to a different address?
A. Please refer to payment information above about how to authorize alternate shipping addresses with your credit card company.

Q. As a registered customer, what are my other benefits?
A. Having an account allows you to receive notifications of PROMO CODES and MEMBERS ONLY SPECIALS. Also registration will enable you to make expedited future purchases.

Q. How is the Sales Tax Calculated?
A. We Charge 6% Kentucky State Sales tax on orders shipped within State of Kentucky. Sales Tax is applied to the order total which includes shipping.

Q. Can I Change my Shipping Address or Method after Order is Placed?
A. Please contact customer service and we will make every effort to honor your request.

Q. Can I Pick-Up Product at your store that I purchased Online ?
A. Yes, WILL CALL orders are welcome. 6% Kentucky sales tax will apply to all will call orders.

Q. Will you ship to P.O. BOX /APO/FPO boxes?
A. Yes, you will need to select USPS Priority Mail as your shipping method.
