We at GrandCloseouts.com want you to be happy with your purchase. We have done the best job that we can describing our items, but sometimes we overlook something. If the item you receive is somehow other than described please contact us and we will correct the problem.

 

We are a member of the True Value Hardware Chain and are authorized to sell most of our items with the full Manufacturers Warranty included. See the item description for details concerning warranty for that item. The manufacturer will be able to assist you with questions concerning assembly, operation, missing parts or repair or replacement of defective items. Please contact us, and we will help you contact the manufacturer should the need arise.

 

RETURN POLICY: Since we are selling closeout and discontinued products we only accept returns if we ship an item that is different than described. We will pay all freight charges associated with our mistake.

 

SHIPPING DAMAGE: If you receive an item that appears to have been damaged in shipping, please have the carrier note the condition of the package before you sign for it. If the item is damaged please save all of the packing materials for inspection by the carrier. You can call the carrier or contact us to initiate a claim for damages.
